Growmerce may not be a good fit if:

Not every store needs AI. Here are a few cases where Growmerce may not be the best match — yet.

01

Your product catalog is still small

If you only have a few products and customers can easily browse your store, advanced search may not be necessary yet.

02

Search does not drive your sales

If most of your customers find products through menus, collections or ads — and rarely use search — Growmerce may not create enough impact right now.

03

You are looking for a general AI tool

Growmerce is purpose-built for ecommerce search and discovery. If you need a full-suite AI solution for marketing, support, or operations, we may not be the right fit.

04

Optimizing discovery is not a priority (yet)

If improving search, product discovery, or customer journeys is not a key focus for your business right now, it might be better to revisit Growmerce later.

Not sure if you’re a fit?

That’s okay. Our team is happy to understand your use case and give an honest recommendation.

FrequentlyaskedQuestions

  • There is no hard number, but under roughly a hundred products a shopper can usually reach anything from your menus in two clicks, and search never becomes the path they take. The better signal is your own search volume: if the bar is barely used, fix that first — Growsearch makes search better, it does not make people start using it.

  • Shopify reports on it. Compare the conversion rate of sessions that used search against sessions that did not — searchers usually convert several times better. If the gap is wide and the share of searching sessions is meaningful, search is a lever. If almost nobody searches, it is not.

  • Not yet. Growsearch installs as a Shopify app today and WooCommerce is next on the roadmap — so for now the honest answer for a Woo store is to wait.

  • Say so. Send us your storefront and roughly what share of sessions use search, and we will tell you if it is not worth your money — we would rather lose the sale than have you cancel in month two.

  • Run the 14-day trial on your own catalogue. Zero-result rate and search-attributed checkouts show up from day one, so the answer comes from your own store's numbers rather than from us.
